After your trial ends, when you convert to a paid account all your details seem to be lost, most notably:
  1. None of the warming stats are kept for mailboxes
  2. Mailboxes need to be transferred over from Mailforge again
  3. New warming codes need to be applied to the mailbox receiving the emails
  4. "14 days remaining" appears on the account for each mailbox warming process
