When I use the Mailbox Auto Generator to generate accounts, the names are created correctly. However, if I manually change a mailbox name, the signature does not update automatically to reflect this change.

For example, if I change a mailbox name from "John Doe" to "Jane Smith," the signature still shows "John Doe," which can lead to confusion.

I propose linking the signature name to the mailbox name so that any manual updates to the mailbox name automatically update the signature.

This enhancement would reduce manual corrections, improve accuracy, and enhance the overall user experience.
